Community Programs
Just Communities programs are focused on uplifting youth, families, and educators to be the strong, vocal, and active members of their community. We support them in amplifying their efforts and leading alongside them to create impactful and sustainable systemic change. Our programs provide community members the opportunity to discuss and address issues of racial equity and systems of oppression in their communities. Participants will learn about Social Justice Education, civic engagement, and community organizing. Our programs aspire to teach community members to be inclusive of all people and cultures; to develop capacity to check assumptions and to understand the value-laden choices that await them as leaders, decision makers, and arbiters of ethical choices at home, at school, and in their communities.
